National Competition is a Great Opportunity

Jo Blundy 3I am very excited about attending the Enactus UK National Competition as a representative from InterContinental Hotels Group.  IHG have been working with Enactus UK over the past few months to help provide work experience in our hotels across the UK for those Enactus teams running employability projects. I am looking forward to seeing the Enactus teams who have had participants on placements in our hotels as well as watch other Enactus teams and see if any of their projects could be part of our work experience opportunity.

I am also excited to learn about all the other projects being undertaken by Enactus UK teams. I cant wait to see what the students have done, the people they have empowered and the lives they have changed. All whilst gaining their degrees!

For those students attending, remember to take advantage of entire event. Make sure you watch the other teams, network with your peers, talk to business leaders and attend all of the other support events (such as the careers fair and project fair). It is a great opportunity to learn, to advance your career and make life-long friends.

See you all on Monday!
